A general contractor hired us to design and install these cabinets in a very nice subdivision on the St. Johns River. The house sold above the average price in the area though the cabinets were priced at wholesale prices.
We designed the layout and installed just the cabinets, moulding, and hardware. We did not fabricate or install the countertops. We elected from the very beginning to concentrate on cabinets and laminate countertops to give our clients the best value so we prefer to let stone countertop professionals handle materials other than laminated and cultured marble countertops.
These cabinets’ specs:
- All-wood cabinets
- Alpine white, Savannah 1 maple, plywood. Manufactured by Marsh Furniture.
- Doors have concealed 6-way adjustable hinge with soft-close option.
- Drawers have full-extension guides, also with the soft-close option. Rated for 75 lbs.
